Return & Exchange Policy

At Albanese Embroidery Studio, all items are custom made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not keep pre-made inventory. Each item is produced based on the size, color, design, and details selected at the time of ordering. For this reason, please double-check your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during production, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the problem

We will review the issue and, if approved, repair or replace the item as needed.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if production has not yet started.

Sizing

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Size charts are provided to help you choose the best fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help!

Color Variations

Please note that actual garment and thread colors may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor settings and material availability.
